What we collect
- Account details — your name, work email and business name.
- Staff records you enter — names, schedules, time-clock entries
and anything else you choose to put in the app.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or
store your card number.
- Anonymous page views — a count of which pages are opened. No IP
addresses, no profiles, no third-party trackers.
What we do with it
We use it to run the service you are paying for, and to contact you about
your account. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else touches it
- Stripe — payment processing.
- That is the entire list. The application runs on our own servers.
Location data
The time clock records a location when a staff member clocks in or out, if
the business has enabled geofencing. Staff are shown this before it happens.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to
delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days
after cancellation, then deleted.
