A subscription to the Portal application, billed monthly in advance. Your subscription starts when payment is taken, or when any free trial ends.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity of the staff accounts you create. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your data belongs to you. You may export it at any time. If you cancel we retain it for 30 days so you can change your mind, then delete it.
Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to disrupt the service for other customers.
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
