Every plan starts with a free trial. You are not charged until it ends, so you can evaluate the service without paying anything.
If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. When you cancel, your service runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. We do not pro-rate partial months, but if something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, tell us — we would rather fix it or refund you than keep money you feel you should not have paid.
Email us from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
